Hilux Tops Vehicle Sales - Again

Sales of 3,565 units in April were backed up with a 4,626 sales result for May. This result, more than 40 percent ahead of the next best seller, is rare enough for any vehicle, but unheard of for a ute. To date, the HiLux remains the only ute to have achieved this result.

The HiLux's strength in the market helped Toyota secure market leadership again in 2012, with the HiLux one of Toyota's eight market segment leaders.
